Baby bump growth chart

Around week 4 of pregnancy, a baby (officially an embryo) implants itself into it's mama's womb. It develops from the size of a poppy seed to the size of a pumpkin during the course of a full pregnancy.

That's quite astounding when you think about it.

From the outside, it's sometimes hard to imagine this miraculous transformation and all the complex work going on inside.

To help you visualise, we've developed our own baby bump growth chart which sets out the growth of your baby each week compared to fruit.

A version of these cute doodles are available in the My Baby Bod app so you can apply them to your own pregnancy photos. Download My Baby Bod app for free from the App Store and Google Play Store.
